Ares Wizard – The Beast

***July 19.2016 Aries is back up and running***

This is a condensed tutorial, the bulk of which you will find in the Repositories section of this web site under Ares Wizard. For the purpose of this tutorial we are going to focus on how to install the Ares Wizard – The Beast build as it is the most comprehensive builds within the Ares Wizard. Of note, the developer(s) who have created this build do not maintain the add-ons. He/They (Chris B) have put together a selection of some of the more popular add-ons (which are created and maintained by other developers from other builds) and packaged it in one of the more popular skins, utilizing that skins customizability to create a slick looking, all encompassing 1 stop shop for all your Kodi needs. This is important info for you to know. Since the developers of the Ares Wizard are not in control of the add-ons, the result is the builds are less stable (ie. they may not always work).

For the record, I will offer my own two cents here; I still much prefer the Config Wizard offered through the Fusion/TVAddons Repository. I trust this repository for a number of reasons; it utilizes the Confluence skin which is the most user friendly skin to date; it provides users with some of the most used add-ons while enabling you to expand on the Repository/Add-on build without overwriting anything (provided you install the config wizard first, then add your additional Repos/Add-ons), and I follow their posts via their twitter account and web page. Again, that’s just my two cents. Without further delay, let’s get started.
